Pale straw in colour with green-gold tints. Very fragrant aromas of citrus blossom and bath salts with underlying notes of musk and kaffir lime. The 2017 vintage has produced a generous and textured wine with flavours of lemon curd, citrus zest and musk. The refreshing limey acid drive is complemented by a talcy, textured finish. Perfect to drink now and will cellar for 10 years.
Lovely accompaniment to an Asian shredded chicken salad or green mango and crisp noodle salad.
